Preschool

Die norwegische Initiative Startup Migrants hat sich zum Ziel gesetzt, internationale Studierende sowie multikulturelle Gründer*innen und Gründungsinteressierte bei der Verwirklichung von Unternehmensgründungen zu unterstützen.

Regionaler Kontext, europaweites Netzwerk

Zielgerichtete Weiterbildungsmaßnahmen, die expliziert die Eigenheiten der Region berücksichtigen, werden in dreitägigen, sogenannten StartUp-Preschools zusammen mit dem Ökosystem angeboten.

Anschließend können die Teilnehmenden der Preschool auf ein europaweites Netzwerk Gleichgesinnter zurückgreifen. Einer erfolgreichen Gründung mit einem starken internationalen Netzwerk steht anschließend nichts mehr im Weg.

Preschools (forskole)

Die Startup Preschool ist ein dreitägiger Entrepreneurship-Kurs für internationale Studierende und multikulturelle Gründer*innen. Ab Herbst 2022 findet die StartUp-Preschool auch in Mecklenburg-Vorpommern statt, mit dem Ziel, die unternehmerische Ausbildung von migrantischen Gründer*innen zu fördern und einen wichtigen Beitrag zu den lokalen Strukturen zu leisten. Die sogenannten Preschools werden europaweit angeboten. In Zusammenarbeit mit der Gründungswerft und NOVA Campus nun auch in Mecklenburg-Vorpommern. In Wismar werden wir unterstützt vom Innovation Port Wismar und der StartUp Yard.

The norwegian Initiative Startup Migrants is helping international students and

multicultural founders (to be) to start their own business. To provide all the

necessary knowledge Startup Migrants offers so-called multi-day „StartUp

PreSchools“ throughout Europe. Finally they are coming to MV with the Support of

Gründungswerft and NOVA Campus. In Wismar we also have the great support of the

StartUpYard and the InnovationPort Wismar.

The Startup Preschool is an intensive 3-day course in business, networking, and

ideation to empower multicultural founders and discover business talents.

The target group are young migrants between 18 – 35 years. This includes first and

second generation migrants.

The Participants have different backgrounds in terms of culture, knowledge and

interests. The benefit of this approach is that participants can create diverse teams

where members have different backgrounds, resources, and levels of knowledge

about the host country. During the intense three days, they learn how diversity drives

job creation, idea testing and pitching, sales and networking, local and national

business culture, and the laws governing business.

As networking is very important for them, every speaker represents the local

business eco-system and commits to meeting and following up with the participants.

Every participant is provided with a diploma and access to an active alumni-group

online.
